ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:

This position reports to the Director of Sales and will interface with executive staff, all internal and remote employees, including current and/or prospective customer(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new client relationships in the United States
  • Seek out and target new customers, new sales opportunities and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the company. The targeted opportunities should be within the payment card or financial services industry only.
  • Identify prospective end-users and decision-makers.
  • Maintains all activities related to sales and business development.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree; Candidate can supplement degree requirement with years of functional and verifiable work experience.

Experience:

 

  • Experience in the Information Technology as it relates to the PC/Financial Services Industry. At least 1 year of experience selling PC/Financial Services and or solutions.
  • Sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening skills.
  • Successful track record of sales and relationship management
  • Proven ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple sales activities.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills; self-starter.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity; good judgment.

  • Computer skills (including Word, Excel, and customer relationship management).
